BAJ365 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of BAJ365's website, mobile platform, and all related services.

• Third-party payment methods are not accepted — deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit.
• Your first withdrawal may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

The following terms apply to the use of Sports Betting and gaming services on BAJ365:

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed. Please make sure before placing your bet.
• If incorrect odds are displayed during a sports event due to a technical error, BAJ365 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• BAJ365 is not responsible for any bets that fail during live betting due to internet disconnection.
• All game outcomes are fully RNG (Random Number Generator) based and audited by a third party.
• For incomplete or abandoned events, decisions will be made in accordance with BAJ365's betting rules.
• Unusual or conflicting bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) are prohibited.

All bonuses and promotions on BAJ365 are subject to specific terms. Please read these carefully before claiming any bonus:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 15× to 30× the bonus amount.
• Bonus validity periods are typically 7 to 30 days, as specified in each offer's details.
• A player may only have one active bonus at a time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Certain games or betting categories may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• If misuse of a promotional offer is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BAJ365. Any violation will result in permanent account suspension:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots, automation software, or any other automated method.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonus offers (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct or making threats toward other players or BAJ365 staff.
• Operating an account using your own or another person's identity.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.

• Players can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• You can deactivate your account for a set period at any time using the self-exclusion option.

If an account is closed for a valid reason, the net balance at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided no prohibited activity is involved. Players may also request account closure at any time.

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own negligence or mistakes.
